Information To Buyers

Policies

• All items are shipped from USA, and are kept in a smoke/pet free area.
• All prices are in USD not including s&h price. 
• S&H cost vary depending on the weight of the item & size. Smaller items and figures that can be assembled will be wrapped neatly and ship in an envelope or a bubble mailer [depending on size], unless box is preferred. For larger items, Priority Mail box will be used.
• Combined shipping is applied if purchasing multiple items.
• Once I ship the item out I will no longer be responsible for loss as it is now in the post office's hands. All purchases have the option of including USPS Delivery Confirmation, which is about $.85 cents. Please let me know before purchasing if you'd like to add DC. I will not offer refunds because the package is lost.
• All sales are final. Offer prices are welcome, but please note I will ignore low-balling offers.
• If you have a question or concern about an item, inquire before you buy!
• I prefer to not ship internationally with the exception of UK & Canada. Other international buyers are welcome to ask for a ship quote but please understand that shipping can be expensive, so keep this in mind when buying, thank you!
• Never be afraid to ask questions!!

Payment Process

• I accept paypal preferably, but will accept concealed cash and money orders at buyer's request [and risk]. 
• You can comment in the post with a filled out order form, or email your filled out order form directly to me.

• After your order is received, I will email you letting you know your price with shipping.
• Once the total is agreed upon, I will send you an invoice via paypal [or my address if applies].

Shipping Process

• Once payment is received, comes the packaging and sending.
• sidenote: packages will most likely be cutely decorated :D let me know if you have a preference haha
• I will ship within 3 business days [excluding Saturday and Sunday]
• Depending on where you're located, it will take 3-6 business days for the order to arrive to it's destination.
• If it begins to take too long, please do inform me. Only if it's been a substantial amount of time though.

Privacy:

• I do not share your information with anyone, and all orders in the comments should not have any personal information until we get to the email phase.
• You may send an email to order or inquire without going through the comment process.

Freebies, Give-Aways, and Discounts

• I always put freebies in your package as a thank you, but remember that the bigger the purchase, the bigger the freebie!
• Complaining about the freebie or other gifts to you is extremely rude. I don't have to give anything away for free, but I do because I truly appreciate my wonderful customers!
• I love doing Giveaways and will probably do them monthly. I already have ideas for a couple  (≧◡≦).
• Discounts and Deals will be thrown about just as randomly as the giveaways and often.
